  (Read the BUT....) We often go for Senior evening at this restaurant and usually high praise. In the past, and today, the staff were great. The food came fairly quickly and warm enough. BUT today - 05/06/26 4:20pm - when we (a group of us) were eating, we saw a big roach crawling on the tea containers on the counter by the soda machine. It crawled down to the area where the straws and cup lids were. I immediately informed the staff (quietly) and a couple minutes later a young lady came and wiped the counter off with cleaning spray. However, not 2 minutes later, two roaches came crawling on the tea containers and the spouts, and then over the other items on the counter. The big concern here is that this counter backs the kitchen. In Texas we know that if there is even one bug out in the open, there are plenty more hiding. And these were definitely adult roaches. :/ I really liked going here because it seemed fairly clean place to eat and they are always kind and respectful to seniors. But honestly it ruin the meal and the experience for me, and the other people who saw the same. Pretty sure I (and a couple others) won't be back till I know the place has been cleaned up.

  Usually a clean table for our 6. Fast ice cream. Dipped cones are a favorite. Fries to dip in ice cream are shared by my crew. Frito pie when we really want to be bad, with onion rings.

  The guy working the drive thru window around 8pm on 03/26 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Kid had shaggy brown hair. I had to repeat my order to another kid who had the headset on twice. He got it completely wrong after the first time repeating. I pull up to the window, the long haired kid repeats the order incorrectly. I tell him that the soft serve ice cream I ordered back at the menu and speaker was supposed to be in a cup, not a cone. He says ok and takes my credit card. He then hands me the ice cream cone and I repeat to him it’s supposed to be in a cup. He goes, “Well you should have said so”. I advised I had mentioned it 3 separate times. He looks me in the eyes and turns the cone over into a cup and sarcastically says “Have a good night sir, bye” No apologies, nothing. There were 3 cars behind me, so I couldn’t ask for the manager then.
