I truly don’t understand the benefit to the business here. I left and will be going somewhere else for lunch from now on.

Might be my own fault but i did not visit flavortown on this trip. The salsa’s had no kick to them either. Not the worst place ever but not the best either. For such long lines all the time i expected a bit more flavor in some of these ingredients.

Once he was finished I approached and told them I was there to pick up an order. Once they gave me the order, another employee said to me: "next time you come to pick up a phone order you have to make a line, you cannot just approached the counter" which was rude because there was no none on line, plus the pick up instructions clearly stated" when arrive go directly to pick up shelves. Is not my fault they do not have them.

He told us he had to charge us extra for each item and we order once a week and have never been charged! he gave us a half of a scoop of guacamole and said that was all he could do! Obviously, someone called off sick and he had to work and was in a bad mood! He needs to learn customer service before he runs off all of his regular customers!
