  Horrible customer service, got our entire order wrong, not one apology, and makes it extremely inconvenient to get a refund. Unfortunate experience, just go to the one on 337, much better customer service.

  Was a quick process in the drive though as normal. I didn't like the fact I had to drive around the building 1.5 times but its a popular location.

  Traveling through going to SanAntoino for a family emergency, I stopped by Chick-fil-A for a cob salad. The salad I got was noway even close to the one I get at the Chick-fil-A in Bastro. The mixed greens were only romaine lettuce and co signs of rhe corn or bacon advertised as ingredients. Apparently the owner of this store doesn't care for the quality of their products as other stores do. If they were short of ingredients they shouldn't sell it. Tom Akin

  No playground- I saw a picture in a review that showed a playground, so I wanted to clear that up. Otherwise, no complaints. Was worried about parking because there aren't that many spaces, but we went right at dinner time (6:00-6:15pm) and there were at least 2 available spaces to chose from

  if I could give a zero, I would, I went through the drive-through with my mom as I had a mobile order and I will admit it was our fault. My mom was in the wrong lane and didn't stop to let them know we had a mobile order and she called out to an employee about a mobile order and they told her she has to go around. I didn’t hear so I didn’t say anything and I look over and one of the employees very rudely goes. “Bye-bye leave, go” while wagging his hand and it didn’t register to me until we went around to the drive-through when my little brother told me and my mom doesn’t speak English, so she didn’t understand. It was very rude and disrespectful for them to talk to her that way then we went through the drive-through and the lady who told us to Leave was The one handing out the food to everybody but us, and covering up her name tag with the bags and her lanyard so clearly she knew she did something wrong, and the boy that yelled at my mom had left and been replaced with somebody else and as they were handing us, our food We could see that some of the employees were laughing. I did call Chick-fil-A customer service and explain to them what happened and the guy was very nice and apologetic and told me that the general manager would give me a call not only did I not get a call I got a copy and paste email just apologizing for my experience but no follow up very disappointed as this was only my second time ever at the Chick-fil-A location will probably not be returning.
