  I have been going to CAVA for YEARS now, I get the same thing every single time I go. ( spicy chicken + Avacadoe pita ) and its normally great. Recently these new Cavas have been opening up in this area and they are absolutely missing the mark. The past 3 times I've been the chicken has been cold, like straight out of the refrigerator cold. Im sorry but I dont come here to get a cold pita, if I wanted to do that id go buy a pre-made one for half the price at the local grocery store. The chicken should absolutely not be cold, especially when I walk the pita straight from counter to the table to eat. Unacceptable on all levels. Cold ingredients should be just that, COLD. and the hot ingredients, HOT. Otherwise it absolutely ruins the experience. Not worth the money at that point, on any level. I would check yall's hot plates or whatever yall are using, or maybe check up on your managers and see how they're running their shifts.

  I'm obsessed!! The food is fresh and tasty! Bowls and pitas pick your proteins, vegetables, greens. Feta cheese need I say more! I also personally like to mix my cucumber mint lime lemonade with lavender blueberry. Don't knock it till you try it. Cava is also environmentally conscious 🫶🏼🌻🌳🌺

  The food was very good, and this was my first time trying CAVA. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and really enjoyable. Steph made our visit so much better with her friendly attitude, great customer service, and welcoming personality. She was very helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. Overall, we had a great first experience at CAVA and will definitely be coming back!

  Finally! A Cava close to my home. I love Cava food so much, I would travel 30 minutes to Stone Ridge or Lincoln Heights. All their choices are worth the money, that is, if you cherish fresh food. The harissa sauce is the bomb! Goes well with scrambled eggs. And the fresh house-made drinks are “chefs kiss” especially the Cucumber Mint Lime!! Abi was super helpful making suggestions and explaining ingredients in the selections. I appreciate this level of service very much!!! Make sure to ask for your complementary 1/4 pita with your bowl. They come from a New York bakery and are so yummy!!!! New Braunfels rocks!!!

  Wren, the lady at the front counter, is amazing. My family and I were having a rough day, the second we walk in we are met with a smile and the best customer service we can ask for! She helped talk us through each item, and as a family I know that can be a lot, but she was so happy to help and explain everything to each of us. That lady was working so hard, had a line out the door, and still gave us amazing customer service! Wren you are awesome, wish you were there to greet us every restaurant we visit! Thank you so much!
