- DDDionSep 14, 20264.0Wow, what a difference compared to Dairy Queen! My wife and I like to take our two and one half year old grandbaby to get ice cream when we babysit. This is generally in the evening. We have been going to the Dairy Queen on Elliot Knox because the other location is so rude and doesnt need our business! Every time we go to this location on Elliot Knox, even though its still a couple hours from closing, they have the bucket with the bleach water out on the floor mopping, trying to get a head start on their closing tasks. Well, it is obnoxious trying to eat with the strong smell of cleaning chemicals. If it was a one off, I would ignore it, but it seems to be the case every time! This time we tried Baskin Robbins, and boy what a difference! The place seemed imaculate, yet there is no hint of cleaning products being used while they are serving customers. And of course all the choices of ice cream! The only minor complaint, and I will still go back, is that tip thing when you pay with a credit card!!!! Why should I tip someone who simply hands a cone over the counter to me? Its not like it's table service! I hate that, and can't help but wonder if they will short you in the future on the size of your cone, if they remember you chose not to tip!!! If they change that I will bump the stars up to five!!!!

The mint flavor came through clean and refreshing without tasting artificial or overly sweet, while the chocolate chips added the perfect bit of crunch and rich cocoa flavor in every sip. The shake itself was thick, creamy, and well-blended—exactly the consistency you want in a proper milkshake. It wasn’t watery or icy, and the balance between the cool mint and the chocolate pieces made it genuinely enjoyable rather than just another sweet treat. I finished the whole thing and still wanted more. What elevated the visit even further was the customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. They took my order carefully, double-checked the flavor and size, and prepared the shake with care. No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.
How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
