  Only went through the drive thru but the lady who took our order was amazing and very pleasant. Food was perfect.

  I ordered on the app and when i showed up to get my order the restaurant was closed down with the doors locked and no employees there. This was around noon on a Tuesday. Other customers were also there outside wondering why it wasn’t open. There was another person there to pick up someones door dash order as well as other people that had spent money on the app just to arrive to a closed down arbys. I don’t know if everyone quit or they closed down for good or what the hell happened. I had eaten there a few days before and it was open. Then, after I spent the entire day trying to figure out how to get refunded on the money I had spent, my only compensation was “one free Arby’s sandwich” which does me no good since the entire point of the refund was because the place wasn’t open anymore and I’m not interested in driving 45 minutes to another arbys for one free sandwich when I don’t even know if it would be open either. Screw Arbys man

  Cody was so friendly when we came through the drive though. We ended up adding something at the window and he was so sweet about it. Really lively to have great service and food at a fast food spot.
