  It’s so hot in there you can’t breathe. The ac doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked in forever. I won’t go there now unfortunately because of this.

  It started off good...we were greeted warmly from the staff and ordered our ice cream. While waiting to receive our ice cream we stood off to the side. We asked for a napkin (simple request right?! Nope) as I was walking to obtain the napkin at the front counter (another worker that was wiping tables came up to the front) too bad I didnt get her name however I will say customer service is not her strong suit...rudely and loudly she said if you already ordered then you need to move and stand over there not at the counter...she likes to bark orders but customer service is not this ladies strong suit...last time I will get anything at the DQ New Boston location.

  We had 4 orders the lady done 3 than walked away we had to wait till someone else finished the order.

  my husband, 2 year old and i came in 15 minutes before they closed. we are on a 4 hour road trip and needed to eat and stretch. they were so kind and understanding, we both felt so bad about coming in right before they closed, they treated us kindly and took care our needs. 10/10 service, the ladies up here are so kind 💕
