  Need to study on how to make a proper super sonic breakfast burrito. It is, according to Sonic.com, supposed to have eggs, melted cheese, sausage, onion, tomato, tater tots and jalepeno ( I request no jalepeno). Twice now when I order this at the Needville store the burrito is poorly assembled. No sausage, no cheese, way to much onion, whloe slices of tomato (ideally should be chopped) a couple of tater tots and wrapped in an ice cold tortilla. I do not have this problem at a couple of other Sonics in the area. Step it up.

  The young people that work there, are so polite, and literally run your order out to you! I’m manager at the store across the street. I can drive over , get lunch, and get back to work in no time!! Thanks everyone!!

  Elsa does an amazing job! She has excellent customer service and I was pleased by her speeding and effectiveness.

  When I get my proper order the food is usually pretty good. The problem recently is that my orders are at best 50% correct, missing half of the ingredients of my sandwich. Sad to see the quality going down right before the McDonald’s opens.

  We came here to celebrate after a baseball game, we arrived at 9:30 knowing they close at 10. We had kids with us that needed to use the restroom and when we requested to use the restroom they advised us that they manager said they were closed for the night. I questioned it because there were several other cars there and the drive thru was full and they didn't close for 30 more minutes. The girl just laughed and said "I'm not sure why, that's what the manager said". The "manager" never came out to speak with anyone and there were several people needing to use the restroom. This is incredibly frustrating when visiting an establishment and trying to support a local business. There are a bunch of young kids running this place and I understand everyone wants to get out of there right at 10pm, however this is a business and they should have the amenities open until it closes and then clean the bathroom.
