  Yesterday I came and ordered 2 #24 combos with large fries. There were hash browns in the bags instead of fries. I wasn't mad about it, it happens and I get it. I just looked back to the lady in the drive thru waiting for her to open the window again, and after she stared at me a couple seconds she finally opened it and I said "I'm sorry these were actually supposed to have large fries." She really stared at me for at least 5 whole seconds in silence, with some weird attitude written on her face, and told me to give her the bag back. She read the receipt on it, said "oh", got my fries for me, and I thanked her for that when she handed my food back to me. Instead of a kind response, she just let out an "mmhm" and shut the window in my face without making any eye contact. Working in fast food myself, I find it especially ridiculous that somebody was that irritated over something so easily avoidable, small and quick to fix. I've been to this location many times. There has always been a lack of good customer service. I can say my food has been correct at least 90% of the time, but it often feels like the employees want you to feel bad for even coming. Nobody forced you to work here. You applied here. Now do the job you chose to have.

  I ordered 2 Apple Pies and a large Dr Pepper. The lady was pleasant that took my order when I pulled up to the speaker. Being that it was 3 AM she informed me that no pies were ready at the moment but would be happy to make me fresh ones if I didn't mind waiting 9 mins for them to cook, which I didn't mind what so ever (the pies are what I went for). There was a couple of cars in front of me but they were served and on they're way fairly quickly, which is great. The woman at the window was super nice and very clear with what was taking place with me having to pull up and wait for the pies. Before handing me my drink, she wiped the cup to make sure there was no drink on the outter cup that could get me or the car sticky, (Amazing of her!) gave me my receipt and pulled me forward with a smile. In less time than expected a very polite man walked the pies to me and sent me on my way with a thank you and a smile. I'd say the over all experience was wonderful. It's the positive attitudes and great energy coming from the 2 employees that I had the pleasure of seeing and speaking with that really blew me away! It is a rare incounter at any fast food place these days even more so at the time I visited the drive thru to have that kind of experience. Thank you guys, it is appreciated and won't be forgotten! ***** 5 STARS! *****

  The food was tasty, but the customer service fell far below expectations. A good meal should come with good service, and that was missing here. Overall, a disappointing experience.

  I have the full video footage in my phone these employees playing and running over the manager inside of this Whataburger this is not my first or my second or my third time getting my food messed up at this establishment and letting them retry and we make it over again I will be going to TikTok and going to whoever that I can to get this restaurant shut down until they can find better workers ‼️
