  I’ve been waiting for an hour in the drive through, the line hasn’t moved in 15 minutes. Staff your restaurant, it’s not that hard to make some tacos bro.

  I went thru the drive thru the workers taking my order was rude and then when I got my food the food had no flavor the crunch wrap wasn’t crunchy and most of my food came soggy and tasted old and cooked over again and my triple crunch wrap wasn’t crunchy black burnt. I’m disappointed

  Their food is always so tantalizing and worth waiting for, but this night was something else. We came there, waited in line for at least 15 minutes, and were told by one of the workers that ohh this line is only for mobile orders and doordash, like wdym. We had to leave because it made no sense to us. So y'all just gone stop taking orders after 11? Some of us don't know how to work their app so it's incredibly disrespectful to just say that. But this was just one instance. We will still be coming here and can't wait to try their new items! Please don't do this next time I swear taco bell I love you but I don't 😬

  I placed a mobile order on April 21, 2026 at 7:38PM for pickup at this location and selected “ASAP.” I waited in the lobby for over an hour and was never helped, despite multiple attempts to ask about my order. During that time, the drive-thru continued moving normally. Another customer in the lobby had the same issue with a mobile order and had been waiting even longer. When I finally received my food, several items I paid extra for (extra meat) were missing. I’ve submitted feedback through the app and have not received any response or refund after 24+ hours. Order #919818 This experience suggests a serious problem with how mobile orders are handled at this store. I would not recommend ordering ahead here until it’s addressed
