  i waited about 20 minutes for two very simple things and they managed to still get my order wrong… i’m disappointed

  This place is basically just good for drinks. This location consistently has served me old, stale fries that I could tell weren’t cooked fresh at all and cheese sticks that looked worse than market basket frozen ones. What a shame. Years ago this place served solid food.

  My worst experience here ever. I won't be back. After a long day of work I ordered on the app. I realized I had ordered a Dr Pepper instead of an unsweet tea. I immediately called to request they give me an unsweet tea instead of the Dr Pepper because I can't drink sugary drinks. This was not an upgrade or anything like that as the drinks would be the same price. They refused to do this and it would have cost them nothing to do it. Customer service sucks. I wish there had been a way to cancel the order but once processed Sonic doesn't have that option. So I ended up with the food and a drink that I couldn't drink. To make matters worse the food was cold and I ended up throwing it all away. Sonic overall is usually great customer service but I would suggest if at all possible go to a different location.
