Nederland location Sent my daughter to grab ice cream. Ordered a double fudge cookie dough blizzard and a banana split. When she got to the window and the order was repeated back to her, the double fudge cookie dough was referred to as a cookie dough blizzard. When the person at the window was corrected about what type of blizzard it was, the person looked at the order and just said “yeah”, and handed her the blizzard. When she got home with the order, there was no fudge in the blizzard and there were no bananas in the banana split! I’m not complaining too much about the fudge for the blizzard because that should have been addressed when the blizzard was handed through the window and I wasn’t there to question it. But how do you forget bananas in a banana split?

Waited for 50 minutes, the wait would’ve honestly been tolerable had there been a shred of accountability or initiative. I first went through the drive thru, I was told the order was not quite ready yet (mind you I drove 20 minutes to get there, but I understood since it was a big order), so I was told to pull around and park at the front. I waited there for about 20 minutes, after seeing multiple people who had arrived after me leave with their orders, I went inside to check. At the counter, rather than receiving an apology, I was met with excuses, first saying someone had already picked up the order and then that they had an order exactly like that earlier, hence the confusion. These excuses made zero sense, I know what really happened is someone wasn’t paying attention and accidentally handed my order to someone else. As they’re figuring this out, the two girls at the register were standing there nervously staring at each other and discussing how they were going to tell the kitchen, like two kids figuring out how to tell mom they broke the vase. Tried handing me the ice cream too, knowing they were going to have to remake the order, I had to prompt them to put the ice cream back in the freezer otherwise it will melt, just absolute lack of common sense. I sat inside waiting the rest of the time, seeing people in and out with no issues. The apologies I did receive were all accompanied by more excuses. On top of everything, I overheard one of the people from the kitchen staff talking about how slow it was, how there was nothing to do. This is usually when a good manager would’ve stepped in to make things better, but nothing was done. I was handed my order and that was the very first time I left a restaurant without saying thank you, I was just that disappointed. I don’t really expect this review to make any difference, but if anyone cares, this all took place on 06/19/26 about 5:40- 6:32.

Whoever was in charge of blizzards tonight needs their toes sucked. There was an Oreo and a Reese’s in every single bite and it was wonderfully blended. If I could give you 10 stars I absolutely would.

Floors and tables were nasty. Water on the floor with a wet floor sign but no attempt to mop up water. Obviously one of the employees had their kid there. Younger kid taking up a 4 top table. One girl swept a little and missed a lot of junk on the floor and halfway wiped down 2 tables.
