  It was drive thru order. We asked for coffee and they told us to park. Not surprising they needed to make a new batch, but we specifically said we didn't want to be forgotten. 15 minutes after placing our order. I went in. They had it ready immediately - meaning it was ready and they forgot about us. I brought it to managers attention and he said, yeah, we had to make it. I mentioned that it was ready immediately, and he just looked puzzled. The coffee was very hot, and the lid was not placed correctly. It came off immediately when putting it into the cup holder, and I burned my hand. Next time, I won't be moving ahead, since its just a way to pad numbers and you are likely to get forgotten about.

  My family and I always come to McDonald's when we want something quick and easy to get. For a while now it's been a rollercoaster with getting our order correct or items missing, even having food that's edible when we get home which is less than 5 minutes away. Our fries are always ice cold when getting home and they never really have the quality like you expect to get. Now I'm not asking for a coupon or anything of that sorts. Just give my honest thoughts and what we experience for some time now. There's only a few people there that really do try to make sure orders are correct, warm, and present timely once ordered. One of their names is Maria, and one other he is amazing when they see us come in. But overall I just don't know what to expect when we go to order. Now I'm not saying it should 100 percent perfect by all means I just wish that whoever is going to work in a fast restaurant give their heart to it and treat it like it was their own family ordering and expecting a good meal. Overall McDonald's Navasota location has been trying to get it together and my family and I will continue to go there as we travel to and from work during the week.

  Put in an order on the app, order went through then when I went to go pick it up they lied saying the app was down… how was it down if I was able to order it? Doesn’t make any sense, it’s fine to last my business for good
