  We were driving to Lake Bob Sandlin Park and decided to stop here for a quick dinner. The location is super convenient, with some picnic tables available. The food arrived quickly and all of our burgers and fries were perfectly cooked. I want to commend the gentleman who served our food, his name starts with a D (I feel bad not being able to remember). Desire our short interaction, he truly made me and my family feel like valued customers. Excellent service!

  Waited 25 minutes for my food after the time in the app said, and after all that it was all wrong. Burger was made wrong, the fry box was half full with hard crusty fries that had been fried atleast 5 times. The chicken was so hard you couldn’t even bite through the crust.

  Very disappointed with my order from Sonic in Nacogdoches. I ordered a SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger and paid extra to add jalapeños. When I got home, the burger was completely dry, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and—you guessed it—no jalapeños. I also paid extra for fries, and what I received looked like the bottom of the fry basket—mostly crumbs and tiny pieces. Disappointment is an understatement. Everything is expensive these days, and when you spend your hard-earned money on a meal, you at least expect to get what you ordered and for it to be fresh. Instead, I ended up with a dried-out, plain burger and a box of fry crumbs. What makes it even worse is that I live out of town, so I didn’t realize how bad the order was until I got home. I’ve tried calling the restaurant to report the problem, but I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Definitely a waste of money and an extremely disappointing experience.

  needs more/better staffing. it takes at least 20 minutes to just get something to drink.
