  The tea itself is decent and reasonably priced, but unfortunately my experience with the employee at the drive-thru was unacceptable. Around 6:00–6:25 p.m. today, August 16, 2026, I arrived to pick up an online order. I had already given my name and explained what I was picking up at the speaker. When I reached the window, the Caucasian female employee initially extended the drink toward me, but when she saw me, she pulled it back, stepped away from the window, and appeared visibly disgusted and uncomfortable. She then hesitated and shook while handing me my drinks, adjusted how she held them before giving them to me, and immediately slammed the window shut afterward. One of the 40 oz. drinks also appeared underfilled. I cannot tell anyone what was in her mind, but as a Black customer, the interaction made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this type of treatment is something I have experienced repeatedly since coming to Nacogdoches, which is why this stood out to me. I had already paid for the order, so I took my drinks and left. I will not be returning to this location. The issue wasn't the tea—it was the way I was treated.

  Discovered this place a few weeks ago, best ice coffee in east Texas… such good flavor and perfect balance of coffee and cream.
