- CVChris V4 days ago2.0What is it about this Chipotle branch in Nacogdoches TX? The rude, snobby, robotic presentation by nearly all the staff I've encountered over several visits is consistent. Portions are commonly light also, and if you politely question the staff about it, get ready for more attitude and bad energy from them. Writing, and calling to speak, with customer care does not seem to have had an impact on any of this. Perhaps because this is a college city, and the young generation working here have poor interpersonal skills and a bratty disposition. That's what I've experienced here anyway. Good luck everyone.

We both really enjoyed the food and the price was great! Shout out to Gabby at the Nacogdoches location. She is the sweetest person and a great employee!

Employee didn't understand what I wanted i had to point it out. No forks available only spoons for a none spoon friendly meal. Most of drinks were empty. Employees were very rude and unhelpful
