- CVCoopers Violet1 day ago1.0I stopped going to this chipotle many years ago, but I decided to give it another shot the other day and unfortunately, I have the same outlook on it that I did years ago. What stopped me from coming here before was that I was paying a ridiculous amount for a burrito to get a ridiculously small amount of food for that burrito and to this day I’m still getting small portions and they’ve inflated their prices, yet cheap out on the customers that will sink or float this franchise. Decided that i’m going to stick to my favorite place to go, which is King‘s tacos here in Nacogdoches

New cilantro lime is very good. 8/26/26 Update: I have ordered from this location twice since my original review, and both times I've ordered cilantro lime sauce and both times it was not on it. I tried to call the store and was routed to Iman at the call center, they refuse to let you talk to a manager, and you have to get past a bunch of AI to even get a person. He said that since I ordered through doordash there is nothing he could do. Really, because someone else picked it up and only transported it you can't make it right? What do you think they did, slurp it all out. Ridiculous!!!! Service would get zero stars if possible.

- CVChris VJul 7, 20262.0What is it about this Chipotle branch in Nacogdoches TX? The rude, snobby, robotic presentation by nearly all the staff I've encountered over several visits is consistent. Portions are commonly light also, and if you politely question the staff about it, get ready for more attitude and bad energy from them. Writing, and calling to speak, with customer care does not seem to have had an impact on any of this. Perhaps because this is a college city, and the young generation working here have poor interpersonal skills and a bratty disposition. That's what I've experienced here anyway. Good luck everyone.
