  Whataburger was an absolute HIT at our daughter’s wedding! We thought it might be a long shot when we asked if they could deliver Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits to our venue for a late-night snack, but they went above and beyond! Jasbir was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating, and Kyle was wonderful with helping us get everything set up. The biscuits arrived right on time, warm, and perfect! The bride, groom, and our guests loved them! They even surprised the bride and groom with Whataburger merchandise, which was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful touch. Thank you, Jasbir, Kyle, and the entire Whataburger team, for making our daughter’s wedding night even more special. Y’all, visit this Whataburger, this staff truly goes above and beyond!

  Went and dined in, hamburger lacked flavor and fries were crap. 2 people sitting near me also had an issue with their fries. They sent them back, new ones came and had the same issue. The server told them if they wanted crispy fries then they should have ordered crispy fries. This whataburger has gone downhill.

  Great burgers and fries but the only issue is the WAITING TIME!!!! Why did I wait 10 min for my order in the drive thru then was asked to pull forward to wait another 10 min?? For a burger and some fries?? I mean dont get me wrong the food was great but a 20 min wait and no one else is behind me in drive thru is kind of insane 😭asked my friends abt this and they said they all have the same experience with the long wait time. Do better!!! The food is amazing tho

  I do A LOT of food reviews but, I don't do a lot of fast food reviews because frankly, I don't expect much from most fast food restaurants-you pay for the bare minimum and that's typically what you get. We were driving past when we remembered they had 2 for 1 burgers so we stopped. I asked my 9 year old 10 times if he wanted anything.."nope, not hungry" (we'll come back to why that's important in a few. The manager brought our food out curbside. Fries were hot and fresh, just enough salt. Burgers were great-again, hot and fresh and the vegetables tasted fresh as well. So we park in a spot and now the 9 year old is talking about how good our burgers look and hinting that maybe he should have got one. So, back to the Whataburger we go. The manager again brought our burgers out and said "I put a medium fry in there since you came back!" Son's burger was great as well and I can say this is definitely one of the few Whataburger locations in the area worth writing a review about. (Ehh-hemm Whataburger Wylie-maybe you should consider taking notes.) We will gladly travel the extra 8 minutes to get to the Murphy location.

  The food at this Whataburger tastes bad, and they mess up the sandwiches. They also have the worst customer service. They don’t know how to serve the customers. They added mustard and mayonnaise on the sandwich when I told them dry no sauce. I saw Brenda spit in the food so I complained about her and came back another day to order and she refused to serve me. She rudely threatened me and yelled at me and said “you’re not allowed to order from this Whataburger and we’re not going to serve you.” This is discrimination. Brenda is wasting my time and should be ashamed of herself for threatening me when I came back to order more food as I’m the customer and I’m paying. If you complain about the bad service then they will refuse to serve you. This is the worst service ever at a fast food restaurant. I am the customer and I’m always paying so I have the right to complain. This is my thank you for paying and eating here. I’m not coming back here to this Whataburger. You will get food poisoning if you eat here as I had an upset stomach after eating the food. They also don’t refund the customer fast enough. I had to wait 1 week to get a refund from Kyle because Brenda refused to refund me. This is the worst service ever and I hope they remove Brenda. I would not eat here or order from this Whataburger. I will never go back to this Whataburger ever again.
