  We placed our order at 6:01. As we watched about 6 orders after us get their food I went to the counter. I was told they were doing our order. We then proceeded to watch more people order and get their food. I went back to the counter at 6:20 and was finally given our tray. The meat tasted good but was cold. The sides were hot at least. I won’t be back nor recommend as there are too many other options.

  Food was okay. If our other BBQ place is closed this is a good second choice. Staff not real friendly though on the day we went. Drive through situation at this location is terrible though. Just park and go in to pick up.

  Just want to give a shout out to SHAN she was amazing customer service so friendly and bubbly definitely got that TEXAS CHARM she needs a raise I don't think I ever seen someone be that happy at work haha

  It's very mid, nothing wrong with it but for the price there are better options. Probably wouldn't get again unless there wasn't any other BBQ options.

  My wife and I ate lunch there today. We were highly disappointed in our dining experience. There was trash on the floor, and on our table. We had to clean our own table with wet napkins before eating. We both ordered chopped beef sandwiches, which were the worst we have ever eaten. Absolutely the greasyest we've ever seen. We were shocked, since we have eaten at the HEB Texas BBQ in Plano before, and it was decent.
