  Terrible customer service. No greeting. Just stared at me expecting me to start my order. The employee had AirPods on and was talking nonstop rapidly in Spanish to someone throughout my order. I felt like I was interrupting her day by coming in. The time before I was there, the two female employees were also talking in Spanish nonstop to each other and made me feel like I was an unwanted customer. Who owns this place?! So ridiculous.

  Very unprofessional experience. Employees were arguing with each other while handling orders, and as a result, my order was made incorrectly. It felt disorganized and chaotic, and no one seemed focused on getting things right. Definitely needs better management and customer service.

  Please all those who had bad experience boycott this Subway location so they can go out of business because of the horrible customer service they provide. They get order wrong and have the audacity to argue back with their customers. Unbelievable.

  I came here for a sandwich neat heard of subway being out of Swiss weird, then when I ask her to spread the mayo, instead of grabbing a knife and doing it like decent person, she decided to spread it with the turkey meat with an attitude: I completely left.

  I really try hard to not write bad reviews and give workers and businesses the benefit of the doubt. But this staff at this location is beyond frustrating. The middle aged man who works there is insanely rude. My wife and I walked in there was no greeting, no acknowledgment whatsoever, fine maybe he was busy. He just talks in one word and makes it seem like you’re ruining his life just by being there. He was making my wife’s sandwich and dropped some of the jalapeños on the steel counter, I asked him to please throw those away and put fresh ones and he got upset… then starts looking at me and mean mugging me. That’s when I was like you know what he clearly does not know customer service so we paid for our subs and left asap. To the owner, fix your staff this is an embarrassment of a location. 0 stars if I could.
