  Waited 20 minutes and no one even took my order. They were barely even coming outside this entire time to deliver anyone's food. If you cannot do basic functions then close.

  Every time we order from this sonic, the food/drinks/ice cream is always wrong. I ordered online for a caramel shake with hot fudge. I got the shake with just some hot fudge on it. Only two people working so when we went thru the drive thru we had to circle 3 times cause no one was wearing a headset. They really need to hire more people.

  The night shift manager is extremely rude. He handed me a drink with the lid not on properly and the drink spilled all over my hand. He didn’t apologize or anything. He handed me napkins and replaced my drink, then told me to have a nice day :/

  Manager came out and took my order because he couldn’t hear me on the speaker. I tried to explain how I wanted my burger and he cut me off rudely and asked me to “wait a minute” while he finished writing my order. I asked for a burger with mayo and mustard, no tomatoes on Texas toast. The burger had no bread at all and no mustard. I have had enough of this place!!
