  Ordered pick up on the app, showed up on time, waited 20 minutes after for an order of mozzarella sticks and a corn dog. Same experience everytime. The consistency is impressive if nothing else. Save your time and go to any other Sonic.

  I was the first one in the drive-thru and still had to wait 28 minutes for 4 combo meals and a plain cheeseburger. The service was very poor, and the employees were unapologetic and rude throughout the experience. Two cars behind me ended up leaving because the wait was taking so long. Highly disappointed with the management and overall experience. Won’t be returning to this location.

  I honestly don’t know how this location stays in business. Twice in the past few months they have been “unable to take food orders” during prime dinner time. I like Sonic, but frankly rolling the dice just isn’t worth it anymore. If anyone from Sonic management actually reads this, you need to take action with this location immediately.

  Placed an online order, showed up at our shown arrival time, waited over 20 minutes for just 2 drinks that we ordered. Tried calling inside and no one answered. They only had one person working and only saw her maybe twice come out and check on people. Went up to the door and no one came to the door to help me out, the worker stood at the door and saw me but didn’t care to help me out.

  I feel bad to leave this review but I don’t recommend this location there’s literally a baby in the kitchen for some odd reason and that doesn’t seem very sanitary or professional also our food came out cold but after mentioning the baby to the carhop that brought our food out we didn’t even bother asking them to remake it because the woman with the baby looked at us crazy through the window as soon as the carhop reported back to her that we said something about the baby in the kitchen and she looked mad so we were scared at what she could do to our food if we did ask them to remake it so that’s very unfortunate thankfully it was just two little chicken wraps, but they were cold and gross ew. Therefore, this Location gets a bad rating from me. Go to any other sonic and I think it’d be better than this one unless you wanna deal with a possible unsanitary and unprofessional environment
