- LXLarry XuApr 5, 20261.0My wife and I decided to buy a half dozen bagels at this Panera Bread Cafe location. This was not our first time but we had the worst service this time. We went in to order and it was not busy at all. We waited at the counter for close to 20 minutes without being greeted while this one employee totally ignored us doing something else, restocking cookies, plates, rearranging brownies, etc. while all this time we just stood in front of her and she never greeted us or asked us if we needed help. Finally, I had to go to talk to another employee behind the counter and asked her if anyone in the store could sell us half a dozen bagels. I don't know how Panera Bread trained its employees regarding customers service first and greet customers when you see customers, instead of keeping doing other "important" things by ignoring customers standing in front of you.
