- JDJay Dorfman2 days ago2.0They don't carry the same items they have in their Allan store. Very disappointed and there is absolutely no help from any of the employees they are all new and have no clue as to what to say to a customer. Very disappointed with HEB.
- TPTrin K P3 days ago3.0GET HOT TORTILLAS!! Nice to have a HEB close to home when I want or need something quickly, yet Allen is my spot because they consistently have warm and hot tortillas. This location does not! I wrote corporate and was told they'd pass along my concern to the store's managers. That was months ago. Still no hot tortillas; therefore, Allen is where I go to get most of our groceries. Good store otherwise. I love the cleanliness and the friendly team here.
- TWtyler wolfe4 days ago2.0Honestly , had a terrible experience here with Kimmy. She grabbed my basket to try to move it out the way & I put my hands on it to grab it back & she replied rudely with an “oKaaay”.i let her know that I was grabbing my basket back & she didn’t have to be rude with her response & she cut me off & started going back & forth with me about it ?? I believe she’s a manager of some sort & I really hope that Kimmy isn’t a manager that deals with customers on a daily basis because her service skills are abhorrent.

- NGNetwork GuyOct 17, 20261.0Horrible bagging!!! Bagged fresh vegetables with seafood and meat. Also bagged heavy cabbage head on top of grean leaf lettuce which flattened it out. They stuffed the bags so much they almost ripped. Did they train their employees to save on bags?
