- MBMarat BeckAug 6, 20261.0Today (8/6/26) I stopped by early in the morning and witnessed unacceptable behavior from a staff member(Indian or somewhere from there). I saw him spit into an open trash can while walking out of the oven area. Seeing a restaurant employee spit into an open trash can in a food preparation area is concerning because employees who handle food are expected to follow high standards of hygiene and sanitation. I hope management addresses this with the employee and provides any additional food safety training that may be necessary to help prevent the spread of germs. If other staff members witness this type of behavior, I encourage them to report it to management so it can be addressed promptly. Let’s all do our part to help keep Texas clean and healthy.

Ordered ahead for a few itemsto be picked up through the drive through. Bagels turned out decent at best, not as tasty, and lukewarm at best. Strawberry jam all over the outside bag and around bagel, a sticky handling affair. Would be hard pressed to return.

While preparing food, Larissa touched her hair and hat with her gloved hands and then continued making sandwiches without changing her gloves. I had to ask her to put on a fresh pair before handling food again. What was even more concerning was her response. She did not apologize, acknowledge the issue, or appear to understand why touching her hair and then handling food with the same gloves was a problem. Her reaction gave the impression that this may be a common practice rather than an isolated mistake. Proper glove use and basic cross-contamination prevention are fundamental food safety standards, and employees handling food should be thoroughly trained on these procedures. I believe one of the sandwiches she prepared after touching her hair may have been for a drive-thru customer. That raises obvious concerns about food hygiene and quality control. The breakfast bagel I received was also poorly prepared and noticeably inconsistent in size and appearance. The photo does not fully capture how odd it looked. Unfortunately, this experience seems consistent with many of the recent negative reviews this location has received. Customers have repeatedly raised concerns regarding food quality, portion consistency, hygiene practices, and customer treatment, yet there appears to have been no improvement. At this point, the ongoing complaints suggest a lack of accountability and a failure to maintain basic standards. Customers should not have to monitor employees’ food handling practices or ask them to follow basic hygiene procedures. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others until meaningful improvements are made.
