- CSCatelynn Shields3 days ago2.0Guy taking orders was clearly sick and kept coughing into his hand , wiping his nose with his hand and then not washing them . I’m pregnant so now I’m paranoid about getting sick . Food was fine as always , back guys making food were working hard and even saw one of the younger guys washing his hands . When you’re working in food it’s not at all okay to have poor hygiene and no education on proper food handling
- ABAngi BurnsMay 11, 20261.0I went through the drive thru and ordered an asiago bagel with cream cheese. I was given this flat piece of dough. When I pointed it out to the girl in the drive through window, she was extremely rude and claimed that it had just came out of the oven, but I could get the manager to make a new one if I wanted. I went inside to speak to the manager (which I never do as typically I am not that type of person). The manager defended the fact that it was a fully cooked bagel that just came out of the oven. I asked him if he was okay with serving this and calling it a bagel. He didn't seem to feel like it was a problem at all. Clearly, the owner of this "bagel" shop doesn't know what a bagel is or how to bake them.

The cheese was cold and not melted, portion was insanely small, bagel was tiny and thin. Egg was cold. I cant believe I wasted a meal on this im really disappointed
