  Big Zero Star if possible!! I will never step foot in this place again. I came here with my family around 7:00 PM on a Sunday, 17 May, and ordered two crepes and a milkshake. There was only one guy working, which I understand can be stressful, but his customer service was absolutely abysmal. Our order was actually ready by 7:25 PM, but instead of handing it to us, he kept it on the counter behind him. I asked him twice for our food because he was extremely late. He refused and told me he had to deal with the customers at the register first !!! completely ignoring the fact that we ordered first and our food was literally right there getting cold. Even after he finished with the register, he started helping another customer who just walked in for ice cream, completely holding our order hostage. By 7:35 PM—after watching our food sit there for 10 minutes—I finally had to argue with him just to get some service. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, so I demanded a refund and left. Ruined our evening. Avoid this place if you actually want your food when it’s ready and expect basic decency from the staff. I will never visit or recommend this place to any customers.

  The owner was very nice and welcoming, even gave us a free cup on the house for my mom because he didn’t want her to leave single handed since it was her first time. He even gave her a rose for mother’s day! Aside from the amazing customer service, the ice cream was amazing. I can’t remember exactly what I got, but it had smores and marshmallows. Overall it was amazing, will be a returning customer.

  Abdul provided exceptional assistance in helping us choose a menu item. His recommendation proved to be remarkably delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the smoked salmon crepe and even ordered two more to take out. Thank you, Abdul, for this outstanding meal; we look forward to returning.

  I walked into this café on a slightly humid afternoon just to cool off, but it ended up being a really pleasant stop. Most tables were occupied, yet it didn’t feel overcrowded. I ordered an iced latte and a chicken sandwich; the drink came quickly, while the sandwich took a bit longer. Thankfully, it arrived warm and tasted fresh. I liked how the staff checked on customers without being intrusive. It created a comfortable atmosphere where I didn’t feel rushed. I stayed longer than planned, just enjoying the calm vibe and catching up on some reading.

  My visit today was to purchase only an affogato. Then I saw the advertisement for a $5.00 fully loaded cheeseburger and submitted to the temptation. The burger was delicious and juicy, however, one portion of the patty was very pink. As it was a takeout order I finished cooking the patty at home. The restaurant ambience is delightful and filled with goodies and many options. With this one adjustment made, I will revisit.
