  $14 for this portion size is ridiculous. I bought both myself and my father a salad, and for some reason they gave me half a bowl. His looks perfectly fine, and so do some of the review pictures, so I’m just wondering why mine is significantly less. They couldn’t have added a little more lettuce? Also the steak is unbelievably chewy. Will not be coming back to this location again.

  I usually don’t enjoy many customers services at restaurants however Joe and Narjis changed my whole experience. The mini conversations throughout my order and asking me questions while asking about me was honestly talking to a friend rather than a stranger, you will be seeing me there 100% again, Joe was not only patient with my second daughter but he didn’t show less/ more respect for her or me kept it simple and equal. Now this is customer service skills every teenager needs.

  Mgr - Elexis, servers- Narjis & Joe… everyone here here was really cool. Service was prompt. Everything was fresh. Definitely loved how they treat customers. Everyone was treated with the upmost respect. I even stayed there and talk to them just for a little bit. The food was great no pictures cause I ate it all.

  This location is very very very inconsistent when I order from them, specifically with avocados. I have ordered from this location many times and always order avocado in my bowl. I ordered UberEats which is already pricey for the convenience. And there’s no avocado in my bowl, they also forgot it in my last three orders. Management please PLEASE do something about making sure orders are fulfilled correctly, especially when customers are paying for an additional charge for something that they do not get. This is actually ridiculous how inconsistent ya’ll are with my orders in my experience.

  My go to Cava location I’ve been meaning to write a review for, but today gets an unhinged 5 stars. Walked in on the verge of a mental breakdown and walked out not in tears thanks for Sandy’s kindness. Pretty sure she didn’t understand a word I said (which is good cause I had nothing nice to say) but she laughed and took care of my order with a smile. Can’t have a complete crash out when being served a tasty pita so guess thats a small win in terrible week.
