  Passing through on our way home, we were hungry, so we decided to take a shot. Disappointing is an understatement. The “smash burgers” weren’t even close to freshly cooked; they seemed like they had been overcooked several hours earlier. The fries were undercooked and stuck together in a clump. To top it all off, the order wasn’t even correct. Sonic used to be decent… sad.

  I ordered Sonic Smasher Meal with fries and a Tea and then the Tropical Burger with fries and a kids meal corn dog and fries and a Large mozzarella sticks. The only thing that was WARM was the mozzarella sticks. The fries cold to the touch the burger patties were barely warm. Both burgers came with absolutely NO SAUCE the smasher only had 1 pickle on it. When I ordered Extra sauce and Extra Pickles. The tea tasted fermented and OLD. Absolutely horrible and when I asked for them to bring me the sauce and pickles they had poor attitudes and only brought me that sauce. I wasnt rude or even upset I just asked for them to fix the issues and even then they didn’t even fix it. Never coming back here again. Seems like they have everything premade and waiting just so they can hurry up and get people out of their stalls. Which is a health hazard and a waste of money no one comes to get cold gross food. The customers are paying for a hot meal. You don’t know how their day is going. I’m in the middle of moving and all I wanted was to get an easy hot meal to feed my family and ended up just wasting $40.
