  Please stop hiring crappy people to do the job at night, pay them more, or create a happy environment for the staff… because the people in the second window always have an attitude and act snobby.. still not as bad as the McDonalds by i30… during the day, yall have good staff… but your night crew, at the counter and second window, absolutely suck.

  Be prepared to wait for the food ... and I do mean wait. They installed the computer to speed the ordering process and it took me 15 minutes to get 2 Milk, 2 nuggets 2 fries and 1 coke. ( the milk is pre-packaged, the coke i have to go to the machine and get myself, I still had to wait to get the empylty cup. The fries were already cooked , they just required packaging. ( There were 6 visible staffers, the car line was slow pace, not the lunch rush.

  I feel like it’s time for me to finally share my review because this is the last straw it was no napkins for the last two weeks and now my fries were dumped out in the bag completely. I couldn’t recover any of them back in the container and they were cold. I just don’t understand. And also not to mention, I ordered a six dollar value meal ended up with a double quarter pounder meal. If management would like to review this, I would recommend this happened at around 6:20 PM

  Bright the Gkids for lunch and a treat. Nice clean and staff was very nice and accommodating.

  The burger was NOT done! It was also sloppy. I couldn't eat it. I ate the fries, which was barely over half full, although hot and tasty, and gave the almost-raw burger to my dogs. Also, when I attempted to fill my cup with Sprite, the nozzle shot soda all over my arm. My buddy was getting Dr. Pepper and it was all fizzy. If I had read the reviews about this location I would have chosen to eat elsewhere. Update: since my original post, the restaurant replied with the link to customer service, which I attempted to use. The website is down for maintenance!! This location does not give a damn about anything except making money!! How long, or what has to does it take, to get the health department involved?
