  Ordered and paid for a large drink but received a small. When I asked the employee to fix it, she gave me attitude. When she handed the new drink back, there was a hole in the bottom of the cup and it leaked all over my car. Very disappointing service.

  There is never anybody at the front counter. The employees cannot see the counter when they are in the back, so they do not know when you walk up and are waiting for them. They keep all the utensils and sauces in the back so when you need something it takes forever to get it. Most annoying location

  This McDonalds has been subject to weekly "teen takeovers", where loud and disruptive teen boys go and cause trouble for hours throwing and kicking footballs in the store and next to parked cars, bothering other patrons, yelling profanities, and other disruptive behavior. I suggest the manager start trespassing the troublemakers before you loose your remaining clientele.

  I would like to report a very disappointing experience with an employee named Concepcion at the drive thru. Her attitude and customer service are consistently very poor. She comes across as extremely rude and unapproachable, and on multiple occasions, she has not even acknowledged a simple hello or returned a greeting. She frequently looks visibly annoyed or upset when interacting with customers, which creates a very uncomfortable experience. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but this has happened repeatedly, and there is a noticeable lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Because of these interactions, I have actually started avoiding going to McDonald’s in the morning specifically to avoid dealing with her. Customers should not feel like they are bothering an employee simply by placing an order. A basic greeting, courtesy, and respectful attitude should be expected from someone working in a customer facing position. I hope management will address this situation appropriately. I am not looking for special treatment just the basic level of courtesy and customer service that any customer should reasonably expect.

  It is a okay! I've been going to this place since the very very start of its opening. Only thing was that the first time I went, there was this random woman having a conniption (this was in like 2023) But other than that its wonderful! Gone here with friends before as well and they think the same
