  I would like to report a very disappointing experience with an employee named Concepcion at the drive thru. Her attitude and customer service are consistently very poor. She comes across as extremely rude and unapproachable, and on multiple occasions, she has not even acknowledged a simple hello or returned a greeting. She frequently looks visibly annoyed or upset when interacting with customers, which creates a very uncomfortable experience. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but this has happened repeatedly, and there is a noticeable lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Because of these interactions, I have actually started avoiding going to McDonald’s in the morning specifically to avoid dealing with her. Customers should not feel like they are bothering an employee simply by placing an order. A basic greeting, courtesy, and respectful attitude should be expected from someone working in a customer facing position. I hope management will address this situation appropriately. I am not looking for special treatment just the basic level of courtesy and customer service that any customer should reasonably expect.

  It is a okay! I've been going to this place since the very very start of its opening. Only thing was that the first time I went, there was this random woman having a conniption (this was in like 2023) But other than that its wonderful! Gone here with friends before as well and they think the same

  I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing service we received from Ms Paige , You could really feel that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. For a fast-food restaurant, the hospitality felt more like a fine-dining experience. Excellent job Ms Paige

  This locations coke tasted watered-down and over-carbonated. There must be an issue with the fountains calibration. Mcdonalds coke is usually supreme and is the only reason I ever stop at mcdonalds.

  Food was good, This food did come out VERY late. But the employees were very very nice.
