  TLDR; Take your business down the street to starbucks. This dutch bros is a dud. Im really tired of this location. I need them to open another one. I might try the location in Willis but as of right now I'm taking my business elsewhere. The teenagers taking orders are so clueless. Im literally the only one in line and they both were walking around in the drive through not anywhere near me as im just waiting to pick up my order. I have to order online or else im forced to wait for these kids to walk up to me. The customer service is abysmal. My wife has the dumb Facebook page that says this fast food chain has these little collectables so im forced to come down here to try and get one. No matter what I do. I can camp out til 5am or show up at 7am it does not matter. They never have any thing. Not the collectible that was advertised online, and they don't even give me stickers. Ive spent hundreds of dollars and hours of my life wasted trying to make my wife happy just to come home empty handed. The disappointment is immeasurable. Im no longer doing business at this location. The people working here have got to be stealing the collectables and selling them online. Or they eat them. I honestly don't know. This is so dumb. I wanted to support another coffee place but Starbucks never fails me and they're literally right up the street next to Chick-fil-A. I can get a delicious warm brew at Starbucks and a chicken biscuit at Chick-fil-A, all within a few feet of each other. Served with a smile. Once the hype has gone down im sure this location will close soon too. Better used for a spirit Halloween.

  I went this morning I don’t go to Dutch often but I go every now and then a good once a week, anywhoo I always expect how much to have and carry cash td I underestimated how much it was gonna be. I was 3 dollars short and I was just gonna go get 3 dollars and come back and she was like no like I dont want you to go drink less I gotchu and it absolutely made my day and she gave me my $5 back and it like I wanted to cry she made my day and she was so sweet and so nice and caring and it really made my day like I love Dutch bros family for that and doing that for me because she did not have to and I don’t want people to read this and be like oh if your short they’ll cover it no. Don’t take advantage of their kindness and it really meant a lot to me and that worker is really so sweet I don’t know her name but she was blonde and has a big smile and I wanna thank you!!! I’ll def be coming back to TIP her big time thank you so much for making my day!!
