  This is the place I come all the time since 2021. But I noticed now this place is going to trash. The food they serve and the quality is bad. And the way they should put the quantity is very low. Won't recommend this place , and if you complain to them , they just make an excuse that it suppose to be like that. Very low quality chipotle. Won't recommend at all. 0 star for them..

  Chipotle's everywhere are shorting you on meat. So here's the trick. Don't ask foe double meat before they scoop. Let them do 1 scoop, then ask for double, Bam! Still about 1.5x the amount of chicken you get, but better than only a single scoop when you ask for double before. If you're looking for more meat at a better price per pound go to Panda Express. But overall good experience. Fairly clean and polite staff.

  I don’t usually review however this location is bad. Placed $120 catering order for delivery. The store was $30 Min away and it was the nearest open store. The driver gets to me and he was a white haired man in his 60’s and I said is that all they gave you and I looked at it and the bag says 1 of 2. And he goes oh no I’ll go get what they missed does the Willis location have it. Well it was closed. So I cut him loose. Then I call the store the lady answering the phone was supposedly the MGR but didn’t identify her self and had no sense of customer service. I described the order to which she immediately corrected that she knew the order due to how big it was. I told her the entire bag of condiments, a quesadilla was missing. No salsas, lettuce, queso tortillas I paid extra for. Her immediate response was the old man that delivered that offered to go back took it. Not let me make sure it didn’t get left behind nothing. She even stated she personally handed both bags to him but would not identify at all what he looked like however remembers the order due to how big it was. I proceeded to my nearest store to spend an additional $40 to replace the condiments so I could eat what I did get. Careful using them for catering and servings did dissapoint of what I did get.

  We had a TERRIBLE experience at this Chipotle! When we arrived on a Tuesday we waited in line for FORTY FIVE minutes. As we finally got started ordering, it became apparent that there was no meat cooked and that we were waiting on chicken. We originally ordered steak, then was told there was no steak and would we be ok with chicken. The staff seemed stressed but also lethargic, and there seemed to be no sense or urgency or manager there to even attempt to rectify the situation. Staff just kind of stood around looking at each other. We asked for sour cream and cheese with our kids meals and got neither. They were out of multiple items such as forks, and even burrito sized tortillas. My husband and I both didn't even order food because they literally couldn't make burritos. The trash cans were overflowing, and the beverage area was overflowing with ice. We won't be returning to this location, they are definitely losing business.

  Absolutely THE WORST EVER. I ordered online, and got stuck in their Chipotlane for almost 30 minutes. I pulled up to the window and the girl didn't even acknowledge me until about 7 minutes after I'd finally made it to the window. She then proceeded to pull out her phone and text before she even opened the window to acknowledge me to tell me they couldn't make my order, because they were OUT OF TORTILLAS!!! I ordered at 5:22 pm. As I was sitting at the window waiting for her to even acknowledge me, I literally watched her pull out tortillas to make other orders. So if they had made my order on time, then I would have had food. However they simply didn’t make it. My order was supposed to be ready by 5:40, she didn’t talk to me until 5:57 (Stuck in line for 27 min). Then she told me that they couldn't even refund me because the order was online and they can't refund online orders, and I would have to figure out how to get a refund! So THEN I had to find the customer service number on Google, finally got a human, but unfortunately English was not her first language, so there were language barrier issues just trying to get a refund. I wasted almost an hour of my life from the time I ordered until I finally got a refund. Needless to say, my daughter and I left with no food, and still hungry after a long day. Thanks for wasting my time, and adding stress when I’m already super hungry because my day has been so busy that I haven’t had time to eat. This should have been a simple go through the lane, pick up my order, and go home finally. I've ordered from a different location before (1488) that ALWAYS has their orders on time and they are amazing. Lesson learned to drive the distance to the other location.
