Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Being honest I began to lose faith in this location. However as I’ve became addicted to the buffalo chicken bites the late night crew has surpassed expectations. They consistently sauce the chicken well and provide fresh fries. Keep up the good work night shift 👍🏼

I know reviews are usually for food quality but I felt that I should write review about a disappointing event.
I came into the restaurant today for a pick up order where a boy (tall white boy) was walking back inside after taking a order to the curbside pickup, he has the tip toe walk and also was mumbling to himself was probably on the autism spectrum (both are qualities); nothing wrong with that. And a girl (Hispanic, short, and not so skinny) called him a loser under her breath, although, enough for people like me to hear by the counter. The boy started repeating “you better not call me a loser again”, at least 5 times. And he was visibly upset so I assume this is a reoccurring thing for him to have to tolerate.
I’ve been in customer service for a few years and similar to the boy, I am also on the spectrum and I have faced bullying for this and recently has to quit my job after 4 years bc it got so bad, I brought my concerns and examples to management but to no help; osha did get a call…
Its unfair not to mention vile for someone to make fun of him for how he functions.
He was alot nicer than she was and seemed to care about his job more.
This experience made me very uncomfortable and sad; not only bc I could relate to him but bc she was making her dislike for him so obvious.
I hope that someone in that restaurant is able to stick up for him, he doesn’t sever to be harassed bc of things he can’t fix.

A family friendly place. Almost every time we eat at Wendy's we will meet a young family with kids that will let us pretend that the kids are our grandchildren.

At this point it’s not even the company whataburgers fault but the shift supervisors, operating manager and supervising staff. Y’all keep hiring incompetent people who don’t know how to read an order from a screen. We keep ordering food and paying for custom/ extra condiments and orders either go incomplete or wrongly made. This morning we pay for a medium sweet tea and were given warm tea then my extra vanilla and sweet cream coffee came black. It’s basically theft at this point. If you really think about it this particular store is stealing both money and time from its customers and resources wasted for making double orders. Now I’m having to check my food and drinks before I walk out the door with it. Now I understand why people are rude to the staff. Its because they’re fed up
