  After having several bad experiences at this location, I have gone to the Pizza Hut on 146 for the past 5-6 months (even though I live 5 minutes from this one.) Tonight I decided to give it another chance. I have to say there have been some improvements. 1. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. 2. It wasn't utter chaos in the place, but that was probably because there was only one other person there picking up. 3. My pizza was actually ready when promised. Now for the complaint -- I started ordering my pizzas well done when they started rushing them through, I assume, to get them done in 15 minutes. Not sure if the oven isn't hot enough or what the problem is, but the crust comes out pale and soggy. Well, even with the instruction to cook it well, it was still pale and soggy. I had to cook it in my oven before we could eat it. I guess I'll have to go back to Pizza Hut on 146.
