  Seems like everytime we go with our grandson the play area is closed off. We order from the kiosks and they rarely have receipt paper in their machine service is good

  Waited 30 minutes for two pies. Didn't get them till we had to ask for the second time about them. They didn't give us updates about how long it would take either. 0/5

  Entered the lobby at 10:35pm...decal on the door States the lobby is open until 11pm. I ordered an ice cream cone using the kiosk (609). I approached the counter and was rudely told the lobby s closed-they had at least 4 customers waiting on orders.

  I went to the drive-thru to order and they shorted my change by $5. When I reached the second window, I asked for sauce, but it took a long time for the manager (she was wearing a blue top with a tie) who was at the window to hand it to me with a grumpy expression. I suggest that the cashier be trained on how to handle money accurately, and the window person should be more courteous and attentive.

  IF YOUR LOOKING FOR COFFEE!DONT COME HERE AT NIGHT! According to their staff they do not serve ANY COFFEE until 4am. Also lazy. Asked what toy they had &they said BT21. Asked if we could know the Character, rudely stated “I don’t know they are in a box”. I’ve purchased from other McDonald’s already EACH ONE HAS THE NAME ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH BOX. Lazy staff.
