    People working here don’t pay attention to the customer order If I don’t turn back and tell them what I’m missing I would have left with half my order They can’t event say thank you no customer service skills Slow lack of customer service lack of knowledge

    So like the others said...slow to no service... came in ...ordered on the kiosk and waited... had to ask to have someone bring the food. If they dont want to bring to the table...then just call out the number. Had to ask for ketchup... plenty of workers... just no one wanting to work.

    I’m a regular customer at the McDonald’s on Eagle Drive, especially in the mornings with my kids before school. Today was beyond disappointing. The playground was closed for cleaning during peak morning hours — the exact time families come in to use it. That alone shows a complete lack of awareness for your customer base. But what really stood out was the manager’s response. (Diana) Instead of any kind of understanding or solution, I was essentially told “too bad” and that I could take my business somewhere else. And that’s exactly the issue. When a business gets big enough, customer service becomes optional — because they know they can afford to lose a few families and not feel it. Respect and basic customer care shouldn’t be too much to ask. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what’s missing here.

    There’s this worker named “Sebastian” I came in dashing from 5-7pm . This guy moved extremely fast and gets every order down to the perfect finish! I heard a manager ask him about an order that was pending , and his response was “ I’ve already completed that order sir “ with a smile man! I pray this guy becomes a Manager because I’m sure myself aswell as anyone who eats or dashes here would love to get their food fast and swiftly as this McDonalds always lives up to this daily! Go Sebastian - “You Never Know Who’s Watching The Hustle” 💰 💴 🎯
