  I've gone to this McDonald's the past two weekends in a row, at 12am only to be told their system is suddenly down and not working so they can't place my order. Don't waste your time and go to the one on 146.

  I can't come to this restaurant anymore. My wife grabbed me breakfast, sandwich, coffee and a hash brown. Ony first bite, I bit into a chunk of long hairs cooked into the eggs. Then I went to the store to get a refund and the manager spoke no English so we had to wait for an interpreter so I could get a refund. Also don't try and get food late at night. Somehow their systems are always down. I seriously hope McDonald's just buys out this franchise owner and takes it over. It's a complete mess.

  worst experience ever. took us over 30 minutes to get our food, they weren’t the kindest when we got to window and our food was cold. to say we’re upset is an understatement.

  Stale food and the person named Jo or Joe at the drive through window is extremely rude and does not belong in customer service at all. I suggest a few secret shoppers to check on her as she seems like she is going to really snap at some point. Yikes.

  I ordered through the app, get my food and go run the rest of my errands. Get home and guess what. Missing food, how hard is it to read a screen and check the bag to make sure you have all and the foid and correct order in the bag. I don't get it, maybe i should have been a rocket scientist. I called to inform them and you go straight to voicemail, tried to raise the concern through the app and they removed the option. Never again. The sausage and biscuits were are when the photo was taken. The sandwich alone is the cost of a meal, why not make sure its there.
