  We always go to DQ for dinner especially after softball practices. Last visit didn't go so good, got a call from the owner so that was refreshing to know they do care and try their best to make things right. I was supposed to get coupons in the mail but never received them got a new phone and lost the owners number.....we just recently went again always order the T brand tacos no tomatoes add onions ended up having to send those back 2x bc tomatoes were put on it as I am allergic to them, the older white haired lady there, assuming she was the manager, she yelled at the cook OK LISTEN NO TOMATOES ADD ONIONS LETS GET IT RIGHT" I finally got my order it was done correctly but by that time my husband had the steak finger basket and he was about done with his meal when I got mine back...a young girl was working the register had a cell ph in her back pocket, no big deal bc she was never on it but the first time I sent my tacos back she took them and told the older lady which in return got onto her n said you dont ever take the food back and she blew her breath n rolled her eyes like she had just had enough, honesty I think she could take more training lessons herself in how to properly and professionally talk to her employees/coworkers instead of yelling or being hateful and talking so loud to where customers can hear her loud mouth, when my order was messed up twice she never came over to talk to us or apologize for the mishap she just looked at us n looked away...another young guy working that had big fluffy head full of hair and barely had his hat on his head properly no hair net or anything and being in the kitchen where food is cooked n prep seemed odd to me...overall we enjoyed our food and still live DQ and will definitely go back the tacos and chicken n dumplings are my favorite and our grands love the ice creams thats offered.

  Clean, updated comfortable dining room, clean bathrooms. Good food. Consistent.

  I ordered a particular Blizzard and was immediately told they were out. No problem. I suggested they remove the item from the available menu on the screen. Problem! A different employee (male) snickered at me, denigrated me, and belittled me for daring to suggest it be removed because they have no control over the screen. While that may be true, his attitude was not conducive to the situation. This is the second outrageous reaction from this location. I lost my cookies. I will NEVER return! The franchise owner needs to be divested of his investment!

  They made my burger to order, nothing was messed up on it. The burger was hot and fresh, I saw the cook making it from the drive thru window. The fries were really hot and fresh. I do appreciate this restaurant for making my burger as I ordered. I did say light mayo and it was not light, but the rest was perfect so I overlooked the mayo. :-) I DO RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!
