  Jamaica is nice. My Ice Cream is 11. She just made my day. I advised anybody to come here to get the Ice Cream.

  I stopped by last night to get some ice cream, but unfortunately my visit was a bit disappointing. The atmosphere felt more like a club than a restaurant, which made it difficult to enjoy the experience. The employees seemed to be having a good time, which is great, but it also felt like customer service and professionalism could have been given a bit more attention. When I asked one employee a question, I noticed a strong smell of alcohol and she appeared somewhat intoxicated, which was concerning. This location used to be one of the better places here in MB, so it was sad to see it not quite living up to what it used to be. It’s the closest location to me, and I would really like to keep coming back, so I hope improvements can be made in both the customer service and the overall environment.
