I do a lot of morning shifts and don’t usually have a lot of time to grab anything, they’re the closest restaurant to my workplace that I know of that does direct delivery from the restaurant. I don’t trust Door Dash or Uber Eats so I love that they offer that. The drivers will maybe recognize my name because I’ve been ordering a lot of mornings since it’s very convenient! To the entire staff of the store, I appreciate all y’all do!!!

I made sure to order before 10 am because I wanted breakfast items but you can't get breakfast delivered if you order it after 10 a.m. even though they sell breakfast until 10:30 a.m. I select "hand off at door". I place my order, add a custom tip of $7 for the delivery driver. Then I wait. I don't get updates/texts. At 10:16 a.m. I open the app to see what is going on with my order. It tells me it is a mobile pickup order. I call the store and speak with the MOD. We talk for 19 minutes and 15 seconds. I had to repeatedly explain the steps i walked through to place my DELIVERY order. Throughout the conversation she repeatedly stated she recognized there was a problem with the CFA ordering app. And stated she would bring it to the attention of corporate. The order confirmation email i received date and time stamped for 9-24-2026 was for a previous order from 9 7.2026. At first she said she would recreate my order and send it with the next delivery order they recieve. Then when it was realized that the order was not todays order she said there was nothing she could do to help me because she had no current order number. Ummmmm, maybe MAKE an order number by ringing me up??? My husband just had hip replacement 3 days ago, and I work from home and cannot leave to go pick up food right now. I asked why she couldn't take my order over the phone. After some back and forth, she took my order. She was unable to take payment from my CFA card. However, I provided her with my bank card information for payment. I NEVER asked for anything free, nor did i ask for any discounts. She never OFFERED anything to compensate for the poor service/malfunction of the app. My order arrived at 11:10 a.m. ... and it was awful. The sandwiches were cold, the hash browns were soggy and cold, and the drinks were NOT what I ordered... they were what was ordered on 9.7.2026. The reciept that came with the order was from 9.7.2024. The delivery driver said the drink mess up was his fault as he made the drinks on THAT reciept instead of the reciept from today. He said he would return with my correct drinks. I called the store back. I told the MOD about the drinks and she apologized and said she had tge drinks there but couldn't do anything about it to get them to me. I told her that the driver said he was going to bring me my drinks. She sounded surprised and said OK. I asked that she make the drinks fresh. She said she would. 30 mins later I received my drinks. SO 2 HOURS AFTER PLACING A DELIVERY ORDER FOR BREAKFAST, I PAID FOR AND RECEIVED COLD, SOGGY FOOD, AND DRINKS. 9:47 order placed 10:16 order not here..shows as mobile....I call store 10:37 - manager creates new order 11:10 - order arrives cold, soggy, and incorrect 11:43 - correct drinks arrive WORST CFA service and food EVER! Just a joke. I will use up what little money is on my CFA card and I will discontinue eating there.
