  It's fine. It's an average Tex-Mex place for white people in Mt. Belvieu/ Baytown Nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. The server was nice and attentive, The food was average, maybe a little under seasoned for my taste, but not over priced so not bad. My kids and grandmother enjoyed it.

  ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WAFFLES!! They were the best waffles and the fruit was definitely the cherry on the top it completed the plate so good, Drinks were also super good our server Eli was the best too he was constant with the refills and kept us pretty entertained yall should definitely check this restaurant out for brunch and Dinner!!

  We decided to join our friends there for dinner after our kids game on 05/09 and they accommodated us to join the same table as our friends. They made room for our older kids to sit at their own table which worked out better anyways. Again, our friends didn’t expect us to show up so they got a corner booth for just them and the Hispanic male manager was very nice and understanding. He tried his best to have us join our friends. He has great problem solving skills and exceptional customer service. I just wish I got his name for this review. Will return for sure!

  This was my second time at Casa Julia and my husband's first. It was Mother's Day and I wanted to try somewhere we don't eat often. It was 5pm and we were seated right away. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order and then another 20 minutes for her to come back and take our order. The food came out in five minutes. Suspiciously fast. The green sauce was okay but the red sauce should be avoided . The hibiscus margarita was great. I got the JJ burrito and took about 3 bites. So disappointed. We'll be sure to continue giving El Toro our business. Casa Julia is not it.

  Well fancy that. This restaurant is a must visit. Perfection in decor. Bright, cheerful, modern decor, clean, inviting. Food is perfect. Great flavor, great serving sizes, Tex Mex style. Full meal. Oh and wait. The chips and salsa are perfect. Warm salsa, yes I stated that. It is warm. Great zip, yet not too spicy. Drinks, um alcohol. Which means, yes you actually taste the alcohol in your drink. Yum. Dessert. The Tres cake? Well that’s beyond any Tres cake I have had before. Delicious!!! Such awesome presentation to all food. Displayed on plate, perfectly. Service. Perfect. Very nice, professional, and very informative about the menu. Organized, and right on the ball. Trust me your food is hot, right to the table. Easy check out. Big space for big crowds. Bar style area. Back party room. Side out door seating. Very big place. Left a photo of the Tres cake. Yum. Stop, visit, go here. You will love the Tex Mex vibe!!!
