    I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop. I arrived to pick up my carryout order, and the cashier told me my order had already been picked up. Instead of trying to understand the situation or help resolve it, she immediately insisted that the order had been picked up, as if I was at fault. I explained multiple times that I had not picked up my food and that it must have been a mistake on their end, but she was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. She then said she would have to ask a manager if they could remake my order, which made it feel like I had done something wrong when I was simply trying to receive the food I had paid for. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what makes the difference. A little understanding and professionalism would have gone a long way. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and made to feel like I was trying to scam the restaurant. I hope management addresses both their order verification process and the way customers are treated when issues like this occur.

    Imanol and fatima were extremely well at assisting me with my mis order i had no problem out of them what so ever. They were so kind you don’t meet a lot of people like that anymore.

    Order over the phone didn't even ask my name for an order I get there started making my order when I got there then he repeats my order back to me I said that is correct but yeah I still got the wrong order and they were barely any lemon pepper on the chicken most of them are plain

    I placed an order with a total of $71.30. I pulled out a $100 bill and 3 dimes to pay. They refused the $100 and insisted I, “ go to the corner store to get change because it would mess up the counting of drawers at the end of the night.” There is no signage posted regarding which denomination of dollar bills they accept and do not accept. It was an inconvenience for me. Also, after I got the change and paid for my order she shorted my change and didn’t have anything to say regarding it. I also asked if they could put a sign up stating this like they have a sign regarding online ordering and orders that are more than $100 and paid by card. They just gave a dry sorry and kept on laughing with their coworkers. Not a good experience at all. Would not revisit this location.

    You know it's bad when the manager mess up your name on the order 2 times even after spelling it out. Then I order 2 combos got 1 fry and I got veggies with a blue cheese dip. Didnt get the blue cheese had to ask for it. Lydia was the manager who took my order and checked me out when I got there. Sad part is she was at the other store on 521 doing the same thing. I normally dont do reviews but this is unacceptable as a manager and for her age. I can see teenagers or 25 and under making mistakes. Hope you see this post and when I come back in face me because you need to be more serious when dealing with orders. Had to ask for a cup holder. Poor service. Maybe I'm not the right color or something.
