  Went today July 1st 2026 ordered a chili cheese dog and 2 strawberry passion fruit refreshers with redbull and told the employee 3 times I also want cheese sticks they didn’t give me my cheese sticks goes back to the window and waits in line told them to fix the order they tells me to go to stall 4 and wait nobody is coming to me but going to everyone else to serve 20 minutes goes by still nobody coming to my car I got down to see what happened then they give me my correct order right now what’s the Point of having me wait in a stall just for nobody to come to me to correct my order never coming back to this location service sucks food is alright

  Slow at service, whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job. Teens giving cold food. Waiting for 20 minutes for a refresher that tastes like hint water. I could have got that from the grocery store if I wanted that. Do not buy anything here please just go somewhere else if you’re reading reviews.

  👉 Easy fast food in theory… but this visit was unnecessarily slow and overpriced for what we got. 🍽️ What we ordered / What stood out: Two plain burgers, tots, and mozzarella sticks. Food itself was okay—nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. The bigger issue was the ordering process and the wait. It was surprisingly difficult just to place the order, and from there everything felt really slow. By the time the food came out, it didn’t feel worth the wait. And paying around $20 for a pretty basic order felt way too high for the quality and portion. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who this is great for: Quick snack stop Late-night drive-thru if you’re already nearby 👉 Harder to recommend if you’re feeding a family or expecting a fast meal. 💵 Value: Overpriced for what we received. Portion size: okay Value: below average for basic burgers + sides 🙏 Real note: Service may have just been an off visit, but ordering felt confusing and the wait was much longer than expected. For a place built around convenience and speed, that part was disappointing. ❤️ Final take: Not our best Sonic visit. Between the slow ordering, long wait, and $20 for a very basic meal, it didn’t feel worth it this time. Probably wouldn’t rush back.
