  I would give zero stars if I could for this Sienna Parkway location. We made a pizza order and recieved absolutley nothing. I called the store as soon as I saw the pizzas has been "delivered". Manager has told us that we will get our pizzas tomorrow. Seriously? We waited two hours for pizzas only to be told that we would get them tomorrow? We asked for a refund but was only offered store credit. Store credit for what? So we can order pizzas again and get nothing again? All because the driver can't follow a GPS or read a house number plate? I fully intend to dispute this charge when it goes through on my card. We had someone working on a car in the open garage and another person sitting within 10 feet of the front door waiting for the pizza. It's not like we missed the delivery. It just didnt happen.

  Update: I just called the store and the same manager from last night answered the phone. I started off by apologizing for getting upset last night and expressing my frustrations with the way my order was handled and he (the manager) never once apologized. Secondly, he lied and said I was informed about what they could do for me in the FUTURE not last night. HE LITERALLY SAID REPEATEDLY, I'M SORRY I CANNOT REMAKE ANOTHER PIZZA, BUT YOU CAN PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE, after he messed up my order. A manager telling a customer what they can't do is absurd. On the call today I tried explained that my pizza did not have light cheese and he proceeded to tell me he put alot of time and attention into making my pizza (still no accountability) and that amount of cheese is considered light (I can't make this up) and then he proceeded to insult my character saying and I quote, " If you would listen you would be happier". I'm not going to take it personal because he doesn't me personally. However, that type of unprofessionalism should be unacceptable. He is extremely too combative to be working as a manager in any type of business. The called ended with him telling me, I just want to argue and he is not going to sit on the phone and listen, BUT THE PROBLEM IS HE DOESN'T LISTEN AT ALL. THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED HAD HE LISTENED WHEN MY HUSBAND SAID TWICE LIGHT CHEESE AND SAUCE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 😑 I would never purchase from this Papa John's location ever again. I ordered the wrong item and I kindly asked for a remake and the gentleman kept insisting that he couldn't remake my pizza. Secondly, I asked for light cheese and sauce and the pizza was loaded with cheese. He refused to accommodate me and I've never been to a Papa John's that wasn't accommodating if there was an issue. I will be disputing this charge since he refuse to remake or refund my money. Horrible customer service.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. First off half the pizza did not have cheese on it. I called the store first and got placed on hold then hung up on. I went to the store to show the pizza in person and the person that hung up me said "Im too busy to deal with you. Proceeded to ignore me. Once off the he came back looked at the pizza and says looks fine to me, very rude and dismissive. Another gentleman came from the back and offered to remake. The kid working the phones continued to be very rude and making obscene comments as he making pizzas. Mind you went from the phones touching his hair never washing his hands or using gloves. This by far has been the worst dining experience I've encountered.

  This is the worst Papa John's restaurant I have been to. I walked in and nobody even acknowledged that I was there for 10 minutes until I raised my voice. On top of that, the person was cursing me for asking why it's taking so long even though the app showed it's ready. Don't ever order from this place ever!
