  I wish no stars was an option. I wanted to order the deal with the sandwich, nuggets, fries and drink. When I pulled up to the window, there was no hello welcome to McDonald’s, instead I was greeted with go ahead. I wanted the deal with the double cheeseburger. The rude male on the speaker said that’s not an option, mind you I’m looking at it on the screen. I told him it was on the screen, he proceeded to rudely say I don’t know why bc it’s not an option so pick something else. I treasure my freedom so I drove off. Even the female manger is rude so I didn’t even waste my time to make a report.

  They really don’t know what they’re doing. The order is ready but I need to wait 13 cars to complete their orders to pick up my order which is ready. Stupid , stupid , stupid

  Waited 10 minutes for just 1 drink that was made for pick up at counter. It was not even busy at all, the workers just standing around talking even though some have made eye contact and still chose not to greet nor update. What it looked like to me is workers rely to much on the self register that there brains are not calibrated ( working right) to attend the front. But at the end of the day it falls on management on duty for not staying on top of things plus this is not the first issue at this location yall are slow and yall do not know how to read simple instructions.

  Worst service ever. Every single time I come here, there’s always an excuse—especially about the ice cream machine “not working.” It feels like they just don’t want to serve customers properly. The food quality is terrible; it tastes stale, poorly prepared, and nothing like what you’d expect. Orders are often wrong or missing items, and the staff doesn’t seem to care at all. On top of that, the workers act unprofessional—laughing among themselves and making customers feel disrespected instead of helping. Overall experience is frustrating from start to finish. Long wait times for low-quality food make it even worse. Definitely not worth the money or the time. I won’t be coming back.

  The McDonald we went to today was clean, food delicious and waitstaff friendly. What more can one ask for.
