  This place is awesome. Their kolaches are bigger and more fully stuffed than other kolache factory shops around. I really like the bbq brisket one and croissant too. Very fresh, taste fantastic. Friend staff too and quick service. Will come back for sure.

  I stopped in for just a few seconds to order something and go so really can not tell you much about the place but I can tell you from my quick visit that it was clean and fresh, that means alot especially nowadays.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience here, I felt like I had to. The kolaches were absolutely amazing—fresh, warm, flavorful, and made perfectly. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food, and everything tasted like it had just been made. This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Kolache Factory, and a huge part of that was because of Astrid. From the moment I walked in, Astrid greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure I was completely happy with my order. Even while helping other customers, she stayed calm, positive, and attentive, making everyone feel valued. What stood out the most was Astrid’s attitude. She truly cares about providing great customer service, and it shows in every interaction. It’s rare to find someone who is so friendly, hardworking, and dedicated to making customers feel appreciated. She made the entire visit enjoyable, and her positive energy created such a welcoming atmosphere. The store was clean, organized, and well maintained, which made the experience even better. Everything was running smoothly, and it was obvious that the staff takes pride in what they do. The kolaches were outstanding, with plenty of variety and great flavor, and it’s easy to see why so many people enjoy coming here. Astrid is the kind of employee every business hopes to have. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, and her professionalism and kindness deserve to be recognized. If the owners or managers see this review, I hope they know how valuable she is to their team because employees like her make a lasting impression.   I absolutely love this Kolache Factory! This is my favorite place to grab kolaches from in Houston. The food is always fresh and delicious. Astrid is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. She is always so sweet, welcoming and has the best customer service. Every morning, she greets customers with a smile and makes the food grab quick!
