  Very Disappointing Customer Service: Honesty and Accountability Matter! I have ordered from Jamba Juice countless times and have always enjoyed their açaí bowls. One thing I consistently request is peanut butter, which has ALWAYS been visibly placed on top of my bowl. Today, I placed an order through Uber Eats, and unfortunately, the peanut butter was missing. At approximately 10:17 AM, I called this location hoping for a simple resolution. The young man who answered initially offered a refund but quickly went back on his word, claiming the peanut butter was mixed into the bowl. Having ordered this exact item numerous times, I knew that explanation did not align with my previous experiences. Rather than argue, I contacted another Jamba Juice location a few miles away. Without mentioning my situation, I simply asked how peanut butter is normally added to their açaí bowls. The employee immediately confirmed that it is placed ON TOP. What disappoints me most is not the missing peanut butter. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. It’s the lack of honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. The employee also declined to provide his name when asked. As a paying customer, I should not have to call another location just to verify something so simple. Two young men were representing this establishment during my interaction, and unfortunately, the customer service I received fell far below expectations. Customer service is not about never making mistakes. It’s about how you treat people when those mistakes are brought to your attention. A little honesty, professionalism, and genuine effort to resolve the issue would have made all the difference. I truly hope management takes this experience seriously because loyal customers deserve better.

  I just moved to the Sienna area and wanted to try the Jamba here. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a warm and enthusiastic welcome by a young man named Jackson (a very tall guy, lol!). He took my order and patiently walked me through the ingredients of the different options I was inquiring about. I ordered an Aloha Pineapple, and another young man—I believe his name was Amir—made the smoothie in less than a few minutes. 10/10 service and teamwork on their end! I really enjoyed the smoothie, the clean store, and the great atmosphere with music. I looked around at the tables and the surrounding areas from my seat, and everything looked well-maintained and good. I will definitely be back!

  Just visited, paid nearly $8 and they did not fill the cup...website claims the drinks are filled to the rim. Apparently that is not the case in Missouri City store! VERY disappointing!
