I said hi and barely replied back. I tried to make some conversation about some HEB products and she just flat out ignored me. I forgot her name.... She was a young black female.

- ZLZurich LinAug 3, 20261.0If the water refill machine at H-E-B is operated by a third-party company rather than H-E-B itself, I believe H-E-B should reconsider working with that company. I paid $3.00 to refill my water container, but the machine only filled it halfway. Unfortunately, there was no customer service phone number or any contact information displayed on the machine, so I had no way to report the problem or request a refund. I also had another empty container that I couldn’t refill because of this issue. This created a very frustrating customer experience. When customers pay for a service that doesn’t work properly, they should be able to get help quickly and easily. I would strongly recommend that H-E-B consider handling water refill payments through the customer service desk or checkout system, similar to how Walmart manages its water refill service. That way, if a machine malfunctions, customers can simply go to the service desk for assistance or a refund instead of being left with no support at all. I hope H-E-B will take this feedback seriously and improve the experience for future customers. Thank you for your time and attention.
