- VVVERIFIED6 days ago1.0I had a very bad experience at this H-E-B store today while checking out in the express lane. The cashier, a young woman wearing a mask whose name starts with “B,” had a very unfriendly attitude. As she scanned my items, she kept tossing them to the side instead of handling them with care. Her behavior made me feel disrespected as a customer. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of customer service I expect from H-E-B. I have been disappointed by the attitude of some cashiers and managers at this store. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. A simple smile, a polite greeting, and a willingness to help can make a big difference. I don’t understand why customers should have to deal with this kind of attitude when they are simply shopping and paying for their groceries. Management seriously needs to pay more attention to customer service and ensure that employees treat customers properly. Very disappointing experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated at this location.
