- LILes Antoine III3 days ago2.0having grown up with this particular HEB (10+ years) the store is not at all what it used to be. The past few times I've gone shopping at this store, I have not at all been greeted and if anything the workers seem wary of approaching me. Workers used to greet and smile all the time, and I used to know a few workers around the store but now interactions at this store feels more transactional. And for a diverse area, I do not see a lot of representation. At all. Honestly, Walmart has become more appealing to go to.

Shoppers are rude, management makes excuses when you come to them with an issue. Zero acknowledgment, accountability, and problem solving skills. Going to have to drive 25 minutes to go to the Manvel location because the location right down the street from me can’t get it right.
- SOSofia OApr 27, 20262.0The curbside and parking at this location is a disaster. The curbside takes long and people don't respect the parking rules. I often times drive to farther locations because shopping here is a stressful experience.
- DHDanie HernandezApr 27, 20261.0Who’s decision was it to use paper bags today and not plastic? Your bagger and cashier stuffed all of the paper bags to the point that three bags ripped as I was loading them into my car, since they weighed too much. Thanks for giving me a headache
- JBJim BoApr 21, 20261.0They seem to have constant problems with their payment system at the checkout. Results in very long lines and sometimes your cards won't work or only a specific card will work with no explanation. Sometimes nothing works. Very long wait times and lines to checkout because even when it does work it's extremely slow takes like 10 minutes to actually pay. Whatever the issue is it's specific to this particular HEB never experienced this anywhere else.
