- CCChristopher ChavezAug 16, 20261.0very unsanitary enviroment, i saw fruit flies on the donuts, the managers seemed very disrespectful and were no help at all. i highly recommend to stay as far away from this place as you can and go ANYWHERE else. this place is unsanitary and disrespectful would not come again. and the donuts were cold. and i also encountered multiple spiders on the ground

The bagel and bacon were charred and crispy from burning. The only thing good inside the bagel was the egg and cheese.

When I came in the morning, a young lady charged a customer for two large drinks, then told him they were out of large cups. He got upset and she did not have anything to say other than "I don't know sir". The easy solution would have been to refund him or offer him extra food or drinks. Then another young lady stepped up once she saw him upset and offered him four medium drinks instead. They are all really young and need support and training from managers.

Every time I order either a hot or iced coffee, it tastes like plain milk—either hot milk or cold milk over ice—with little to no coffee flavor at all. This has become so disappointing that I often end up purchasing another coffee from Starbucks because the one I receive is undrinkable. I have attached photos of both coffees, and the difference in color is very noticeable. The coffee should not look or taste like a cup of milk. No customer wants to spend $4–$5 on what is essentially hot or cold milk. If that was what we wanted, we could easily make it at home. At this point, I would rather spend an extra $2 on a coffee from Starbucks because they are consistently reliable. I know what to expect every time, and I’ve never had to worry about the quality or whether my coffee will actually taste like coffee. At this point, I believe your employees would benefit from more thorough training on how to properly prepare coffee beverages. Customers expect coffee to taste like coffee, not milk. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive a product that meets basic quality expectations.
