    This was our very first time coming into this location! And most definitely, it will be our last! The restaurant floors were nasty, dirty, and food all along the floors in the dining room and underneath the tables! Trash bins were full! Only one person on the line, one person cutting the meat, one person running the drive-through window and running the register on the line! We waited in line to order a good 15 to 18 minutes to order! We were part of 13 people waiting in line to order! Oh! And one girl walking up and down behind the line serving with her cellphone in her hand! WTH!!

    I try not to leave bad reviews. But this is genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Incredibly slow, understaffed etc. took 30 mins the other day to just get an order. I’m sure it’s not the employees faults because I see the guys trying their best but something has to be done.

    The skinny Hispanic kid who took my initial order was very welcoming and had a smile on his face. Asked how was my day and got everything I needed. On the other hand, the kid behind the register... He's a buffoon. The initial guy kept telling him what I order and he just kept saying huh... Repeatedly. Ordered chips... He forgot them. I went up to him and it took him a bit to register in his head where the chips are... Next to him....... Food was iight. I care more about the service when it comes to this price point...

    Today was the last time I will visit this Chipotle location. My experiences here have been consistently disappointing. The first time, I used the drive-thru to pick up an online order and waited over 15 minutes. The second time, I went inside to pick up an online order and waited more than 20 minutes while multiple employees walked past me without acknowledging my presence. I eventually had to ask for assistance myself. An employee took my name, but I still waited an excessive amount of time for my order. Today was the final straw. When I entered the store to pick up my online order, a manager was openly reprimanding an employee in front of customers and other team members. The interaction was unprofessional and came across as condescending. The manager never acknowledged or greeted me and continued the conversation while customers waited. After standing there for several minutes, an employee finally asked for my name and then walked away without providing any update. Several minutes later, another employee asked for my name again. The overall experience reflected a lack of organization, customer service, and leadership. To make matters worse, the guacamole in my order was brown and even contained part of an avocado stem. This location appears to have serious management and training issues. Customers should not have to wait excessive amounts of time, repeatedly ask for assistance, or witness managers disciplining employees in front of guests. I hope Chipotle addresses these concerns, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

    Absolute trash location. I have never had a good experience at this Chipotle. Every order seems to have some kind of issue, missing items, poor service, rude interactions, or food that is not prepared correctly. The most recent incident happened Sunday, June 14th, around 3:00 PM. I ordered a meal for my child, and the entree was completely missing. Not “made incorrectly”, completely empty. That is unacceptable, especially when people are paying full price and relying on the restaurant to actually provide the food that was ordered. This location appears to be poorly managed and staffed by people who either are not properly trained or simply do not care about accuracy, service, or basic customer experience. A 2.1 Google rating is extremely low for a restaurant, and based on my repeated experiences here, it is well deserved. I also want to point out that the standard “owner” responses on these reviews do not seem to result in any real improvement. Telling customers to submit feedback through a contact form is not the same as actually fixing a location that consistently fails at basic service. I would not recommend this Chipotle location. Save your money and go somewhere else. A 2.1 Google review score indicates severe operational or customer service issues and needs to be investigated immediately by proper authority.
