  So very disappointed. I eat here at least twice a month but this was horrible. I ordered the Steak and Feta pita and the steak was inedible. It was so tough and over cooked I could not chew it. I tried to call the restaurant but after making it through all the a.i. automated recordings it gave me a busy signal and hung up. So I emailed the corporate office. I almost immediately got an email from Hannah, the Senior Customer Experience Specialist. She explained that if I joined the ap by signing up she would drop s reward in my account. No thanks. I'm not joining your rewards program for having bad service and getting free pits chips. You lost a customer today Hannah, and CAVA staff, hope it was worth it.

  This is honestly one of the best CAVA locations I’ve been to. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the customer service really stood out. Axel helped me with my order and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He was patient, kind, and took the time to make sure everything was right. It’s not every day you come across service like that. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff created a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and even better customer service.

  Today I went into my local cava only to expect the very best, I have been going to this cava for the past couple days and every time I go in for my daily bowl, I am greeted with a smile and I feel acknowledged the second I walk in. The manager kaylyn is very kind, thank you for the experience.

  My name is Jayla and i get the new featured salmon all the time here lately, Hector and Alex were very welcoming and gave me good portions. Highly recommend this location they are the best and the customer service is fantastic! 💕

  This location has the nicest people! Extremely respectful and attentive to anyone’s needs especially from Jenny, Mari, and Kaylyn, but just about everyone else too. The food is always delicious i absolutely love everything harissa. Only complaint I could have is they keep the place a little too chilly sometimes.
