  Roy was absolutely amazing! He was super sweet, welcoming, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience even better. Great customer service really goes a long way, and Roy definitely deserves recognition for it. Thank you, Roy!

  CAVA is definitely one of my favorite spots to eat because the food is always fresh, flavorful, and has so many options to choose from. The bowls are filling, the ingredients taste great together, and you can customize everything to your liking. Axel was so welcoming and making the experience even better. It’s always nice to come somewhere with good food and great customer service. Overall, CAVA is a great place to eat, and Axel makes it even more worth coming back!

  Do not ever get anything from this location of cava if you’re ordering from a third-party. The amount of times I have ordered, online just for them to continuously get something wrong is ridiculous. Clearly, there’s no regard for third-party orders because once it’s out of their face, they think it’s out of their hands. Don’t bother calling them either because whoever answer the phone had no regard for the mistakes that they made. It’s Clearly an issue with their staff because this has happened multiple times and I even know people who know that ordering from them is risky, but why should I be the case? Ridiculous.

  The staff is very engaging, friendly, and helpful. The food is freshly prepared. The food choices are a great variety. The dining area is clean. The music is fun and inspiring. The service bar is clean. I will definitely frequent this location. Chika, Roy, Bri, and Axel work together as a very productive and collaborative unit. That’s called, Teamwork.
