  I usually have great experiences here, but today my order was entirely incorrect. While the receipt on the lid was right, the actual food inside was wrong—I received chicken and rice instead of the spicy lamb salad bowl I paid for. It looks like a mix-up with another order. I love the food when it’s accurate, but this was a very disappointing experience.

  I recently was told to try Cava for the first time. I decided to go tonight and give it a go. The first thing that stood out was the amazing service that I received! I felt like they really valued my choice to dine with them! My server Ashlyn was great! She helped me navigate the menu, as I was a first time customer. She had a warm smile and pleasant, friendly attitude. Her recommendations were right on the money! I loved my bowl! I’m an instant fan! I used to frequent Chipotle, but the amazing food and great service at Cava won me over! I’ll be dining at the Missouri City Cava more often!

  Electricity went out, cucumber mint juice was perfect- not too sweet. I had the crunchy falafel bowl which had nice flavors, but the rice was crunchy and the falafel was rubbery. It was a to go order which I tried to eat when I got to my destination. Otherwise, I would’ve requested a fresh bowl to be made/ change order, or a refund.

  This was my first time trying CAVA, and I was not disappointed at all! Josh, who prepared our food, was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of building our bowls. He even suggested a dressing for us to try, which was delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to Josh and the entire staff for the great first impression and for maintaining such a clean and welcoming establishment!

  Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Cava! I took my brother for the first time and Nina was very helpful. She allowed him to sample sauces and dips. I was a bit jealous I didn’t get that treatment the first time I tried Cava at a different location. This really says great things about the management here! The location is clean and relatively quiet. Thank you for your friendly service Nina!
