  Cava has been good to me in the past but lately customer service has been awful. I just left the highway 6 location and a tall black young lady with braids took my order. She didn’t greet me anything and stared at me. When she did say something she was very sassy and asked me am I ready to order. I told her yes I’m ready and ordered the spicy lamb avocado. She said “we out of avocado and we can still make but it won’t have any avocado “. This is the first time ever coming to a Cava where they didn’t have something. Usually if there out of something they just go to the back and get more. I asked to not get up charged for getting braised lamb since they didn’t have any avocado and she said no “ we can’t give you half off just because we don’t have any avocado. Lol. I never asked for half off. She then to have an attitude we me while fixing my food. I asked for broccoli and she looked at me like she wanted to hurt me. I paid for my food and she just handed me my bowl. I was like I usually get a bag can I get a bag. She says we have bags over there. Then proceeded to give me a bag from underneath the register. I felt highly disrespected and will never give this location my money again. Your management needs to retrain these kids on customer service they are horrible at it.

  Was ready to give up on this location but decided to give it a shot before the movies and was blown away. Super fast service, great food quality and portions and a manager that actually seemed to care about the guest experience. Impressed to say the least.

  I had such a great experience at CAVA! The food was really good, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. They even gave me a little gift bag, which was such a sweet and thoughtful surprise! It was really kind of them and made my experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕

  My wife sent me to CAVA with a very specific order, and Mr. Gary kindly made sure everything was prepared and presented exactly the way she wanted. The entire staff was friendly, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. If you’re looking for a fresh, healthy, and delicious meal, visit CAVA at Highway 6 and the Fort Bend Tollway!

  Amazing service at this location! Roy, the GM, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. You can tell Roy takes pride in his team and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Definitely a 5-star experience—I’ll be back!
