  The staff was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed! my family can’t get together often and we had so much fun so much laughter i’m pretty sure everyone in the restaurant was so sick of us! the manager on staff jojo was so amazing! she made us laugh even my husband was laughing! we were bonding with her we will for sure be back!

  Jojo and Logan at Buffalo Wild Wings gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was right the whole time. The food came out hot, drinks stayed full, and the whole experience felt welcoming and smooth. You can tell Jojo actually cares about the customers and works hard. Definitely made me want to come back again. Appreciate the great service!

  Shoutout to Jojo at Buffalo Wild Wings for making the whole experience top tier. From the moment we sat down, the energy and customer service were amazing. Super cool attitude, quick with everything, and stayed on top of our table the entire time. It’s rare to get service that genuinely stands out these days, but Jojo definitely did that. Food was great, atmosphere was great, and the service made it even better. Definitely deserves recognition!

  I dine at BWW often this location is the worst in service, getting the order wrong, leaving out condiments, wrong drinks. It’s unbelievable how the staff isn’t trained properly to provide customer service. I placed an order online. Arrived and order was not ready as stated. For clarity restaurant was not overly busy there was plenty empty tables. Waited ten minutes more when I told the cashier my order is reading “ready” on screen she stated “oh she on the phone she can’t bag it right now” 😳. Then I get to the car and because I’ve waited 40 mins for my order I checked it was not right. I went back inside she told me “oh we don’t have the flavor you wanted” when was I going to be notified of this, instead gave me naked wings without my knowledge. Drinks were wrong and she didn’t even replace them. Whole experience was awful after a full 12 hr shift.

  As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I felt very welcomed. The host seated me promptly and was respectful and helpful. I ordered wings, tots, and two drinks, and my server was great—very friendly and helpful when it came to choosing a flavor for the wings. Overall, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my time there. I would definitely come back.As soon as I walked into the restaurant, I felt very welcomed.
