  I've gone here too many times in the past few months and they've always been great. We'll today they had a little bit of a wait time as they prepared new beef. I waited the 15 minutes they asked and got my food. Admittedly, I was a little upset about the wait but was still happy I got my food after the time they told me I'd wait. When I got home I saw that they wanted to make up for the wait and gave me three coupons for a free taco. That was a happy surprise and deeply appreciated. Absolutely awesome team of employees there.

  I found a colony of live ants in my food. I now know they have a similar consistency as onions when put into a quesadilla. Do not trust the food here. I also left this review originally a year ago in 2025 and it somehow got taken down.

  These idiots cant make a proper taco to save thier lofe, ordered taco supreme no lettuce and all i got was lettuce and meat. Missing the tomatoes, cheese and sour cream. How hard is it to follow the order

  2 stars — Awful drive-thru experience on night shift at the new Taco Bell location on Griffin Waited nearly 4 minutes at the speaker for someone to even acknowledge us for our online order. When someone finally came on, they said, “Order when you’re ready.” I said I had an online order and was told to pull up to the window. At the window, the employee over the speaker claimed I never said it was an online order and insisted she asked me twice what I wanted. She said, “If you have an online order, you need to say so at the speaker.” She was so rude that we were muted by her hostility. All we got a chance to say was, “I-I did...” before she abruptly cut us off and said, “No, you didn’t. No, you didn’t! I asked you twice what you wanted to order,” which isn’t true in the slightest. She then shut the window in our face, walked away, and never came back. While our order was marked “Ready for Pick-up,” we were still waiting even longer for our food. A different employee finally came to the window with the wrong order. It’s worth noting: she met us with, “If you have an online order, you need to say so at the speaker,” even though we hadn’t said anything else at the window. That told us she did know about our online order. Perhaps she was projecting to avoid confrontation. Regardless, this confrontational interaction was our first impression of this employee and of the night shift. It led us to believe the employees at this location need better training and accountability. Self-awareness goes a long way. If the policy is that online orders must be stated at the speaker — which, in our case, it was — then staff need to actually listen and follow it too. The gaslighting and aggressive dismissal was completely unprofessional.
