  This evening at 6:40pm May 13, 2026 was ordering through drive through and their speaker was so low that you could barley hear the lady taking your order and she completely lost her patience because I kept telling her that I can barley her voice so I went to the window to pay she yanked the off my hand very rude and unprofessional manner and asked if she was okay as to why she was being so rude and she didnt want to answer and didnt want to give her name, but to make it worse she was the manger. And mentioned that I was going to put a complaint and bad review of her and the business and she completely said she didnt care. Never again will ever go there again.

  I went to Taco Bell last night hoping for a quick bite, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. I arrived well before their posted closing time and waited at the intercom for a solid five minutes, hoping someone would take my order. It seemed like they were actively stalling and avoiding me, only to then be met with a firm "We're closed" from the staff. It was quite disappointing to be turned away after waiting when there was still plenty of time before they were supposed to shut their doors. DEFINITELY left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Had the most patient lady take our order. Amazing customer service 10/10. I believe her name was Irene she was amazing !!!
