- FRF Rdz3 days ago3.0Food decent and prices. There scales for veggies and fruits is another story. We try to weigh or fruits and veggies for a speedy checkout. The scales print out a sticker that doesn't work at the checkout registers. When we do it manually it adds 2-4 cents to the price of the veggies or fruits. Scamming shoppers with the bar codes. Hopefully they would fix the issue. Told one of the associates at the self checkout and said it might be the wrapper or bag. Explained to him it has been the 3 rd time it has done it. He looked at me and I just had to walk away. Hopefully he gave the information to their IT guy or manager. 🤷🏻♂️🤦♂️

I just picked up my order today to find my raw packaged beef with my fruits and veggies all stuffed together along with some other food products. I know I didnt have much this trip, but it was upsetting this time around to find.

It holds up the line and an HEB employee still has to come outside the kitchen to help out so many folks navigate the ordering process. I get it we're living in a digital world 🌎 but please for the love if God just go back to classic (person2person) service. HEB I love you but this had to be said. Everything else is flawless.
